Outreach - Al Khansa`
Women In science team planned his first outreach event with the collaporation of Al khansa` school for girls.
The idea behind this event was to introduce the team and talk about his experience in college. How to help those young girls to pursue the degree they want to acheieve and the career path they want to draw for their life.
The event contained some value games along with some scientific questions and challenges to make the time worth spending.

WIS- Inspirational Activity
Women in Science Corner at PSUT hosted The winners of the Women in Science Hall of fame . Professor Wejdan Abu Elhaija, Professor Laila Abu Hassan, and Eng. Reem Hamdan. We were very pleased and honored to have them take part in our inspirational activity on Tuesday the 4th of November. They had the time to talk about themselves,their biography,experiences and achievements with a message of inspiration to the students at the university. Real stories of our community constitute a strong drive for students who are still studying and taking their steps into building their careers.
Mrs. Yara Abu Laban, from the American Embassy, also talked about many programs , sponsored by the Embassy which can benefit young women to pursue their professional career.

Thursday the 16th of October
A lovely event took place at PSUT's campus on Thursday the 16th of October. Women were introduced by the Dean of Engineering to the WOMEN IN SCIENCE corner at the Deanship.
Value games followed the opening, and an inspirational speaker "Tala Haddad" motivated the girls to think BIG and pursue their dreams.
Women in Engineering (WIE) were also part of the event.
